When a chord is played but the root note of the chord (note 1) is not the lowest pitch in the chord, it is called an inversion.
Try using these 4 sets of alternate chord shapes during the chorus of Can't Stop.

Well done! Keep practising these inversions. It's important to know which shape correlates with which chord so memorise the chord structure for the chorus and try and mentally note the name of each chord as you play the inversion
